The CJRB Pyrite Light is one of the top rated EDC knives for 2024. I’m excited to see how this relatively new steel will hold up against some of the more well-known budget steels.

Here’s another higher quality replica that I picked up from OK Knives. I’m finding that these higher priced versions (around $50) do tend to be higher quality all around. But it’s interesting to note that at the time of this recording, the real version of this knife (uncoated blade in carbon fiber) still hasn’t even been released yet! So I guess we’ll have to wait and see just how close this one comes to the real thing. But it’s a very good match for the G10 version. Can a blade this big and heavy still be a good slicer?Let’s take a closer look!
