In this video we’re continuing with some basic cut tests with a few well known knives (Miguron Moyarl here) to get a baseline of how well the edge holds up in cutting different material. I’m also looking to see how comfortable it is with some harder materials that require a firmer grip. Using these well-known knives should give us a baseline to compare some of the replica knives that everyone seems to be wondering about. Let the testing begin!
