Here’s my Top 10 List of my favorite full sized knives that I picked up this year. I have them all ranked in order of most favorite to least favorite. But really, all of the knives in this Top 10 are my favorites.

Redneck Pocket Knife Sharpness Test - I wanted to test this OK-223 (Para 3 style) knife back to back with the OK-81 because they’re both supposed to have the same M-390 steel. I thought it would make it easier for me to determine if they really were the same. I also reprofiled/sharpened the edge on this knife to the same 18 degrees that I put on the OK-81. So we should be seeing basically the same results in our testing, right?
