Cut Test: OK-81 (PM2 style) in M390

It’s time to start testing some of the “other” knives that we have in the collection! I knew that this OK-81 (just like a SPY PM2) wouldn’t have made it far on the factory edge. So I reprofiled the edge down to a slicey 18 degree on the Work Sharp Pro Precision system. It’s cutting paper like a laser beam! But how will it hold up in some real world tests? Is it really M390? The results here may surprise you.
