Today I'm diving into knife history and my personal collection to revisit the concept of the "Holy Trinity" of folding knives. 15 years ago, this revered trio consisted of the Hinderer XM-18, Strider SNG, and Chris Reeve Sebenza - the gold standard of high-end production folders at the time.
But times change, and so do knives. In this video, I'm showcasing about 30 folders from my personal collection before narrowing them down to my modern Holy Trinity - the three knives I believe represent the absolute pinnacle of folding knife design and execution today. These aren't necessarily the most expensive or the rarest, but they're the three that I consider to be the best of the best based on my experience.
