Tac Force Stiletto Review: Slightly Scary, Very Pokey, Barely $8

This is another knife loaned to the channel by our good buddy John Emerson. This is probably about as close to a real gas station knife as we’re gonna get around here. John splurged and ponied up almost $8 for this knife when he found it online. Although you can find a ton of them ranging in price from $15 to $50 (don’t buy that one). This might actually be a clone of another knife that has the name “Joker” written all over it. Or maybe it’s the other way around? DOn’t know.

Either way, it’s a fun little assisted Out-The-Side kind of knife that looks only slight scary and very pokey. It’s built solid enough with its aluminum scales and mysterious 440-?? blade steel. I did manage to put an edge on it that’s as scary as the knife itself (which is not very much if I’m being honest). And since I love all things pokey and stabby, I thought I’d share my thoughts here. Thanks John. Hope we can still be friends! 🙂

While there are a lot of multitools out there that are far better quality than these, I still prefer to pack these into my EDC emergency kits. They are some of the least expensive options you can buy, but there’s still enough quality here to fit the role that they fill in my EDC kits.
