Fred’s Take: If you like to buy less expensive knives (like me!) then you’ll have to spend a little more time sharpening them back up. This small sharpening device works really well for quickly getting your blades back to hair popping sharp in just 3-5 minutes. It works especially great (and fast!) on lower end steel like 8CR13, 9CR18 and D2 – which is what most of the clone knives are made with these days!
